Permission Slip for Swimming
The Early Childhood Program now accepts registration of children who are willing to develop their swimming skills. Those children who have registered for the swimming program will be scheduled for classroom group lessons throughout the year.
The participation of the younger toddlers will be based on screenings by the swimming instructors and lifeguards in order to measure their readiness as well as to ensure their safety. For this reason, parents/guardians are required to give their express consent by completing this form.
